Das Projekt "Erwachsenenbildung Inklusiv" (Startschuss war der 01. Oktober 2014) ist ein neues Projekt vom Landesverband der Lebenshilfe Baden-Württemberg e. V. Es verfolgt das Ziel eine Erwachsenenbildung für Alle (!) voranzutreiben und zu entwickeln. Mit Berufung auf den Artikel 24 der UN-Behindertenrechtskonvention und dem Bildungskonzept des Lebenslangen Lernens werden erste Schritte zur Entstehung einer inklusiven Erwachsenenbildung eingeleitet. Einer Erwachsenenbildung, die nicht mehr unterscheidet, sondern Unterschiede zulässt und fördert.
Nun stellt sich die Frage: Was wird benötigt, um dieser Aufgabe gewachsen zu sein?
Zunächst einmal muss Barrierefreiheit auf allen Ebenen gewährleistet sein. Dies schließt die Zugänge zu Gebäuden – rollstuhlgerechte Zugänge, behindertengerechte Sanitäranlagen, etc. – ebenso mit ein, wie die Bereitstellung barrierefreier Materialien für Seminardurchführung (z. B. Texte in Leichter Sprache oder in Braille-Schrift). Des Weiteren benötigt man Personen, die pädagogisch geschult sind, um auf didaktischer, methodischer und professioneller Ebene inklusive Bildungsangebote durchzuführen.
Ein erster Schritt ist daher, die Vorbereitung und Schulung angehender DozentInnen. Das Projekt geht aber noch einen Schritt weiter. So soll auch Menschen mit Behinderung die Möglichkeit gegeben werden, als DozentIn an Bildungsveranstaltungen mitzuwirken. Dies soll in Form von sogenannten Tandems stattfinden. Das bedeutet, dass eine Lehrperson mit und eine Lehrperson ohne Behinderung gemeinsam eine Lehr-/Lernveranstaltung leiten. Damit soll auch Menschen mit Behinderung die Chance gegeben werden, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Wissen weiterzugeben! Beide DozentInnengruppen werden vorab anhand einer bestehenden Handreichung didaktisch und methodisch geschult; zunächst getrennt voneinander und in einer Abschluss-Schulung gemeinsam. Ein wichtiger Baustein ist dabei auch die Rolle, die man als DozentIn einnimmt und wie sich diese ausgestaltet.
Um dieses Vorhaben realisieren zu können werden v.a. Kooperationspartner aus der öffentlichen Weiterbildung benötigt, die Interesse am Entstehungs- und Entwicklungsprozess einer inklusiven Erwachsenenbildung haben.
Im Oktober des Jahres 2015 werden in Kooperation mit der VHS Stuttgart Schulungen für die DozentInnen angeboten und evaluiert. Am Ende des Jahres 2015 wird es einen Abschlussfachtag geben, indem die Ergebnisse präsentiert und ein Ausblick auf die Nachhaltigkeit einer inklusiven Erwachsenenbildung gewagt wird.

Adult Education inclusive
The project ‘inclusive adult education’ has started in October 2014 as a new project of the ‘Landesverband der Lebenshilfe Baden-Württemberg e.V.’ The project pursues the target of an adult education for everyone (!). Based on article 24 of the Convention on the Rights of People with Disabilities (CRPD) and the concept of a lifelong learning, we will initiate the first steps.
For the implementation of an inclusive adult education we have to ask the following question: What do you need for a successful inclusive adult education?
First of all, you need an event building, which can easily be accessed by everyone, for example wheelchair drivers and blind people. Secondly, the documents that are representing the core of the teaching as well as the language should be understandable for every participant. Both in writing and speaking you should use simple terms in order to ensure everyone can follow the lecture.
For this reasons you need enthusiastic lecturers with some experience in that field. They will be taught inclusive didactics, its methods as well as their new role of being an ‘adult creator’.
That for you need docents with some experience and interests in this field. For them there are going to be educations in inclusive didactics, methods and the new role as adult creators.
Beside the focus on the professionals and the inclusive participants we have one more ambition: We want to give disabled people the chance to teach these inclusive events, too.
We have developed a training concept where upcoming disabled educators can learn how to teach. They will be supported by experienced adult creators. Together they work as a so-called creator tandem. In order to realize our target, we offer three training sessions for the inclusive adult creators. These training sessions are going to take place in cooperation with the Volkshochschule (VHS) Stuttgart in October 2015.
The first training is for the experienced, not disabled adult creators.
The second training is for the disabled adult creators. Here they can learn about their competences, the methods and the awareness of their new role.
The third training combines both groups. Here the participants have the chance to get to know each other and interact together. Hopefully the two adult creators can agree on a joint topic, which they then teach and use as a basis for their own workshop. In this case the VHS Stuttgart will support them and feature their workshop in the VHS programme for 2016.
The project will end in December 2015 with a closing event and a final report.
It is the ambition of this project to bring the inclusive adult education into public spaces and to achieve a professional level.
