Erweiterung und Vertiefung der Trainingsplätze des Beruflichen Trainingszentrums Köln im Bereich Informatik-Technologie (IT) im Rahmen der beruflichen Rehabilitation und Wiedereingliederung psychisch Behinderter auf den allgemeinen Arbeitsmarkt

Within the framework of this project, it is intended to test the extent to which a specific clarification and, if necessary, a re-entry into the originally practiced job or occupational area is possible for rehabilitants formerly working in the IT sector by means of concrete systematic support. Rehabilitants who are reorienting themselves professionally should be given the opportunity of partial qualification and a new start. In addition, this model project aims to: - determine the need that mentally handicapped people have for job-related training in the IT sector, - identify the newly developing activities in the IT sector, - systematically identify the special framework conditions and necessary adaptations between the requirements of the economy and the needs of mentally handicapped people. Within the framework of the 15-month training measure, seven training places are available in parallel. Based on the evaluation models of Donabedian (1966) and Kirkpatrick (1977), the course of training is documented individually for each participant, and the work behavior of the rehabilitation team (trainer) is recorded.
