Alternative Employment
There are several employment opportunities for people with substantial disabilities.
These include workshops for people with disabilities (WfbM), additional services as low-threshold offers for hourly employment or inclusive companies (also known as integration companies or projects) as companies in the general labour market that employ and train at least 30 percent severely disabled people.
Projects develop, test and research, for example, new ways and concepts for promoting and shaping the transition from alternative employment to the primary labour market.
