Work Design

Workplaces and work environments must be designed and adapted to the individual performance requirements of people with disabilities.

Projects develop, test and use instruments for workplace-related diagnostics and for assessing work requirements, performance and specific design needs.

Furthermore, they develop e.g. guidelines, handouts and consulting services for disability-friendly work design for special types of disabilities and industries or investigate aspects of health-promoting work design as well as the use of disability-compensating technologies at the workplace.
