Concept and competence development for company integration management - design of tasks and roles of company and inter-company agents

The Berufsgenossenschaft für Gesundheitsdienst und Wohlfahrtspflege (BGW) participated in the initiative "job - Jobs without barriers" with the project "Concept and competence development for company integration management - design of tasks and roles of company and inter-company agents". The aim of the project was to develop a concept for a service offer of the Berufsgenossenschaft für Gesundheitsdienst und Wohlfahrtspflege ( BGW) for the implementation and execution of a company integration management for companies of different sizes and branches of trade. To this end, the project was divided into four subprojects. In the respective subprojects, integration programs were designed and tested for effectiveness. The goals of the project were: - a concept of a service offered by the BGW for the implementation and execution of workplace integration management for associated companies of the BGW; - the testing and evaluation of the concept in companies with less than 20 employees (micro companies), with 20 to 100 employees ( small companies), with 100 to 500 employees ( medium-sized companies) and more than 500 employees (large companies); - presentation, discussion and, if necessary. Revision of the concept in other regions in events with companies and inter-company institutions and agents; - preparation of an information and action aid for company agents; - preparation of a handbook (practical guide); - development and testing of a consulting seminar; - the further development of coordinated and cooperative collaboration between the BGW and other social service and rehabilitation providers; - the formation and testing of a cross-social insurance system network, particularly involving the local joint service centers and integration offices.
