The Development Partnership "Virtual Centre for European Training" is composed of a multitude of different organizations and institutions from Rhineland-Palatinate and its border region. Training and employment are adressed to people with disabilities and disadvantaged women. Institutions of the different welfare institutions have joined together to establish an internet based training portal with different offers of education and infromation. A whole range of teaching materials and methods will be developed which should apply to the specific needs of persons with varying disabilities.
The evaluation programme focuses on European employment standards such as empowerment, mainstreaming and equal opportunities and their acceptance and realization by six partner projects in Rhineland-Palatinate. The evaluation is based on qualitative and quantitative data collected at several occasions (questionnaires and interviews).
