Testing and Evaluation of an Insured Self-Assessment Questionnaire (VFS-LTA) in Rehab Management

The project will investigate the suitability and usefulness of a self-assessment questionnaire for insured persons (VFS-LTA) for the rehabilitation management of the German Pension Insurance. It is to be clarified whether and to what extent a self-assessment questionnaire can support rehabilitation counselors in planning rehabilitation services. In order to create an instrument adapted to the work of the rehab counselor, in a first phase semi-standardized interviews will be used to explore how the work of rehab counselors is structured, according to which criteria recommendations are made and which aspects influence the planning of services. Subsequently, a self-assessment form will be developed, tested and evaluated on the basis of various scientifically justified criteria.
