Career planning including - in-service education for people with disabilities

Description / Topics

Depending on the kind of needs of people with disabilities, it is often not possible for them to participate in consistent company-internal or external qualification or training opportunities. Employers do not often have the possibilities to fulfill all the specific disability related requirements. But this issue is very important on both sides. On one hand it is important for companies to ensure the quality of their work and for employees to secure employment. The project "career planning inclusive" takes up these challenges, and it is dedicated in making career-based education and training opportunities more accessible and inclusive. In Chemnitz, Erlangen and Hamburg you can find partners to help you with actual practice. Companies will be assisted in planning training methods for employees with disabilities – from the analysis of the specific needs to the organization of education and training offers. Employees with disabilities are encouraged to develop their professional skills and are supported in specific training.
