Target group: Physically and learning disabled teenagers Aims: * Establishing an open learning centre * Preparation for teletraining * Establishing and equipping a database in the internet for teaching software, paedagogic help, job search Concept: * Support of independent learning * Use of the most modern multimedia teaching software * Practice and preparation for telework Materials: * Teaching software lists with remarks * Homepage * Info database * OLC guide etc. Results: * "ESPOIR-HERMES database" in operation since November 1997 * Work with the first pilot group already completed * Intensive use of the OLC by apprentices of the vocational training centres.
