The project wants to facilitate the way back into the job for blind and visually impaired job seekers. Statistically it must be stated that the group of visually impaired jobseekers has been disadvantaged in the job search for years despite above-average qualifications.
AKTILA-BS will help to identify the disadvantages, problems and hurdles by a scientific analysis and communicate them to the relevant authorities, organizations and politicians. In addition, AKTILA-BS is going to show in fifty exemplary cases that the hurdles and disadvantages can be reduced and a return to the job is possible.
