Benchmark systems for integration companies in Germany

The sub-project "Analysis, adaptation and testing of benchmarking procedures between social enterprises and companies in the free economy for the optimization of operational and strategic corporate management" carries out seven work steps to achieve its objectives: 1. Identification of important key features 2. Query of key factors 3. Identification of successful enterprises 4. Brief analysis of the successful companies 5. Investigation of free enterprise 6. Development of best practice 7. Documentation of the best practice After the survey through telephone interviews (1.) and a questionnaire survey (2.), the correlations are identified and categorization characteristics are established, based on which the successful companies are identified (3.), which are then subjected to a brief analysis (4.). Comparable free enterprise companies are identified and analyzed (5.) before a comparison is made between the private and social enterprises (6.) and the best practices developed are documented in detail (7.). A prototype Internet portal will be designed to enable future value recording and evaluation for the integration companies.
