The Personal Budget - Analysis and Change in Service Practice (PB-AVD)

The institutional framework conditions must be improved so that more people with disabilities can make use of the Personal Budget in the future. Reservations and barriers to implementation must be removed and networks developed so that the agents can work together efficiently. It is necessary to qualify the financial control of the cost development in the disability assistance according to § 17 para. 2 to 6 SGB IX by developing target agreements, so that the target determination of the personal budget and the procedural processes can be designed efficiently. In addition to ensuring structural quality, this primarily involves ensuring the quality of processes and results in the implementation of the personal budget.
