Type of Project: Funded project
Development and application of an instrument and of a methodology to compare rehabilitation activities of sheltered workshops with the aim of assessing and further developing qualification processes for people with disabilities

Description / Topics

The main objective of this project is to improve those processes in sheltered workshops that are relevant for the rehabilitation of people with disabilities. To achieve this, the workshop management requires information on cause-effect interrelations to facilitate targeted activities for process improvement. A benchmarking approach between the 7 participating sheltered workshops for people with disabilities comprises the base for the analysis of these interrelations.
