Return to work after prolonged sickness absence: Plans, goals and barriers of individuals receiving a temporary disability pension

This projects aims at assessing and predicting return to work plans in subjects with prolonged sickness absence who receive a temporary disability pension. Using structured telephone interviews, we are assessing mental and physical health, social and psychological variables like self-efficacy and social support, as well as plans for return to work, perceived ressources and barriers.
