Scientific monitoring and evaluation of the "Medical-Vocational Rehabilitation South Baden" project

Within the framework of the already running project: "medical-professional rehabilitation South Baden" (MB-Reha South Baden) the use of job coaching in medical rehabilitation is to be evaluated. The aim of job coaching is to enable rehabilitants to clarify job-related issues at an early stage on their own responsibility already during and immediately after their stay in a rehabilitation clinic. Vocational coaching includes the individually required support services for reintegration into working life: Anamnesis and consultation in the occupational orientation phase; impulse motivation of the client; accompaniment, clarification and consultation in general as well as current occupational questions; mediation to and between relevant integration partners as well as crisis intervention. The occupational coaching is offered by the Bad Krozingen Centre for Occupation + Health and implemented and further developed in cooperation with rehabilitation clinics.
