Rehab Needs & Diagnostics

Procedures and instruments for screening, diagnosis and assessment are used to identify occupational problems and to determine and assess the need for rehabilitation and participation services.

On this basis, tailored services are then planned and implemented to help people with disabilities or illnesses return to work or enter the workforce. Simplifying and optimizing access to participation services also plays an important role.

Projects develop and implement or validate, for example, screening, diagnostic and assessment tools, develop manuals for the application of these tools, design questionnaires and conduct surveys on rehabilitation needs and needs of insured persons, or improve procedures for socio-medical assessment.
