Rehab Management
The design and management of the rehabilitation process and services is an important task in medical and medical-occupational rehabilitation facilities.
The aim is to ensure optimal care and support for rehab participants - from admission to the rehab clinic to vocational reintegration and aftercare.
To this end, projects develop and implement concepts for rehabilitation and case management, develop and test instruments for planning and documenting the rehabilitation process, and survey and optimise the cooperation of the actors involved in the rehabilitation process, such as the rehabilitation facility, the company medical service, and the service provider, in order to achieve better integration of medical and vocational rehabilitation and reintegration.
