Accessible Work for All (AW4A) is a project with 4 partners from Austria, Germany, Italy and Poland. The project is funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union and is led by Equalizent (Vienna). AW4A promotes equality, non-discrimination and diversity. How. By providing information about work and labour law in an accessible or barrier-free format. This means that deaf job seekers can find support and information online in their first language - sign language. In addition to Austrian, German, Italian and Polish sign language, we use subtitles, images and animations to make the information more accessible. The survey consisted of 14 questions in Austrian, German, Italian and Polish written and signed language. More than 250 people participated in the survey. is a digital survey, analysis and transnational report. Deaf job seekers are asked questions about labour law. The survey results are analysed and summarised in a written report. The 15 videos use sign language and subtitles as well as animations documenting the content. The training uses what is called an integrated learning model (blended learning). The model consists of a mixture of methods using online and digital materials as well as traditional face-to-face training. The training is tested by deaf job seekers.
