Model project: Opportunities of digitalisation for the self-determined labour market qualification of people with severe disabilities

Description / Topics

The project aims to research structural factors that promote and hinder the interface between sheltered workshops and the primary labour market. As a result, demand-oriented options for action and best practice models will be developed to improve the transitions from sheltered workshops to the primary labour market with the help of digital education. As part of the project, a digital strategy concept will be developed that makes guidelines and measures for labour market integration transferable nationwide through digital education measures transferable nationwide in the context of transition support.
