Transition to professional life

Transitions between school and work as well as paths from unemployment into training and employment must be designed and accompanied for people with disabilities.

To this end, projects develop, for example, offers for vocational orientation and preparation for young people, they develop inclusion measures and placement concepts for unemployed people with disabilities and implement them, they promote cooperation with employers or they analyze promoting and inhibiting factors for taking up employment.
