Analyses & Evaluations

Projects and studies examine the school-to-work transition and the path of placement and inclusion in training and work for young and adult people with disabilities.

Scientific methods are used, for example, to analyze and evaluate the goals, results and successes of measures and concepts for inclusion in training and work.

For example, it may be a question of whether unemployed people with disabilities can specifically improve their employment opportunities through internships abroad and job application training, and how many of the participants have taken up employment following these measures.

Studies also shed light on which framework conditions and influencing factors are conducive or inhibiting to taking up training or employment, they examine the integration and career paths of people with disabilities or conduct satisfaction surveys with participants in measures.
