Together with the participants! Thinking and trying out new things. A central role is played by the creation of "pilot offices" in the two job centers. As "caretakers", they recognize the individual needs of the project participants and work with them to develop an individualized help/roadmap. The participant's state of health is stabilised with internal and external support partners. Resource-oriented support and training is provided exclusively in the areas that the participant needs on their individual path to health and social stabilization. Help for self-help, getting to know self-help facilities, trial training in a sports club and the introduction to voluntary work for cultural and social participation round off the range of help on offer. The guide helps the participants to organize themselves and strengthens their self-motivation and commitment. If the participant's health is stable(er) and they are motivated and committed to meeting the requirements of a job search, the individual support plan is supplemented by contacting job placement experts specially appointed and trained for the pilot project. The employment agency not only advises participants on taking up employment, but also provides individual information on a workplace that is suitable for their health.
