LEILA-rehaktiv - Actively shaping rehabilitation

LEILA-rehaktiv activates the target group of long-term unemployed customers with health and complex impairments in its fundamentally innovative and previously untested approach. After successful activation with anamnesis of the current state of health via occupational medical expertises and evaluation of the performance capacity, a phase of qualification and job testing for the individual professional (re-)integration follows. LEILA-rehaktiv provides a time window of up to five years for this purpose. Another innovative feature is the "action-oriented potential analysis" brought to the region based on EFL testing, which will provide positive support for the activation period. After the successful start of employment, LEILA-rehaktiv continues to work with and for the project participant, even if the job center's responsibility should end. A total of five contact points are planned in the six cross-county and cross-state job center districts, in which 17.5 case managers will continuously look after 210 participants. The project's own scientific monitoring is to record the impact of the innovation and from this formulate possibilities for standard services in labor market services for the applicants.
