On the influence of leisure time activities on job integration

The diploma thesis deals with the question whether the leisure time activities of people with intellectual disabilities have an influence on the professional integration and to what extent it is the task of the integration services to include the leisure time activities in the integration process. The thesis comes to the conclusion that the leisure time activities are indeed important for the integration of disabled people in the workplace and should be included in the integration process at least to some extent. The author further concludes that the participation and self-determination of disabled people should be promoted in order to additionally improve the quality of work.
