Networks and Cooperation in Vocational Rehabilitation

This study aims to identify barriers and hindrances in the system of vocational rehabilitation by interviewing rehabilitants, professionals and hr managers. From 2022 to 2024 the longitudinal study (over 18 months) explores the experiences within the rehabilitation period and the function and benefit of ego centred social networks and organisational networks for a beneficial rehabilitation and the professional integration of disabled people. We include persons with neurological and psychiatric diseases that have good medical prognosis. At the end we'll try to describe recommendations how to improve facilitating network structures and cooperation between the services of vocational rehabilitation and the enterprises and companies to include more employees with disabilities.
