IdA - Inclusion through work

The idea of the IdA project is: 1.) Further training offers and knowledge transfer for professionals in order to strengthen the career choice of students with support needs and, if desired, to support them on their way into the 1st labor market. 2.) In-school training for schools and institutions on the way to inclusion (work on the Index for Inclusion).) In-school training for schools and institutions on the path to inclusion (working with the Index for Inclusion) 3.) The establishment of a regional network for information exchange in the transition from school to work for special needs students 4.) Seminars on Personal Future Planning, Person-Centered Thinking, Index for Inclusion, bEO (vocational experience and orientation) and KuKuK(social skills training for special needs students who want to work in the 1st labor market)
