Project Working Worlds, Shaping School-to-Work Transitions inclusively

Action research project on the transition from school to job with the target group of young students with a high need for assistance. The project relates to the social areas of Reutlingen and Ludwigsburg. The aim is for these young people to find alternatives to a special institution after leaving school and to be able to develop their individual potential through self-determined activities in the middle of the community. The action research project strives for more opportunities for the young people involved to shape the transition from school to work and at the same time researches factors that promote inclusion.
