Aims of the project: - Publicization of the service instrument Personal Budget, in particular for participation in working life especially for disadvantaged job starters. - Examination of the actual applicability of the Personal Budget in the special area of the support of school leavers with placement obstacles, presentation of the obstacles found and the possibilities of the Personal Budget to effectively counter these obstacles (also as a preventive measure). - Placement of a selected group of people from special needs schools in internship companies to check the fit of this work task with the intention of further support by the social pedagogue there Placement of a selected group of students with special needs in internship companies to check the suitability of this work task with the intention of obtaining a vocational training or workplace there or in a similar company through further assistance and support from the social pedagogue. - Implementation of a final event with interested parties, those affected, participating schools and companies, service providers, responsible parties from politics and business.
