Placement & Inclusion in Work

There are many concepts and measures that support people with disabilities on their way to employment in the general labour market.

In projects, concepts for job placement and occupational inclusion are developed, implemented and examined, or labour market diagnostic instruments are developed. These help to determine vocational aptitude and inclination for certain activities and professions.

Measures provide concrete support with vocational orientation and job application training, coaching and mentoring, the removal of placement and employment barriers, and placement in internships and work with subsequent follow-up support.

In order to improve access to work and create new employment opportunities, the education and information of companies and the networking of employers, chambers and rehabilitation providers are also important tasks in projects.
