Das Diskussionsforum dient als Plattform für die Verbreitung der noch nicht hinreichend bekannten Rechtsnormen, der aktuellen Rechtsprechung und ihrer Auslegung sowie der Diskussion von Rechtsfragen in der juristischen Fachöffentlichkeit und bei den Akteuren in Betrieben und Institutionen. Ziel des Forums ist es, die Anwendung und Weiterentwicklung des Rehabilitationsrechts zu unterstützen.
Das Themenspektrum wird systematisch auf alle relevanten Bereiche des Rehabilitations- und Teilhaberechts ausgeweitet. Auch Rechtsfragen der Umsetzung der UN-Behindertenrechtskonvention werden dabei aufgegriffen. Bereits in der vom Ausgleichsfonds finanzierten und durch das IQPR betreuten Aufbauphase (2006-2009) (siehe Referenz-Nr. R/FO3491) hat sich das Diskussionsforum zu einer wichtigen Schnittstelle zwischen Wissenschaft, Rechtsprechung und Rechtsanwendung entwickelt.
Die DVfR wirbt für eine breite fachliche Beteiligung am Diskussionsforum. Fachjuristen, Praktiker bei Rehabilitationsträgern, in Unternehmen, Einrichtungen und Beratungsstellen sowie die Organisationen der Menschen mit Behinderung sind eingeladen, diese Plattform zu nutzen und mit eigenen Beiträgen am Diskussionsprozess mitzuwirken.

Realignment of the Internet-based discussion forum on rehabilitation and participation law
