Das Diskussionsforum behandelte Rechts- und Sachfragen aus verschiedenen Bereichen der Themenfelder Teilhabe und Prävention. Untergliedert in vier Einzelforen erfährt das Diskussionsforum eine kontinuierliche Fortentwicklung. Durch das Diskussionsforum sollte ein Diskussionsprozess zu bisher offenen Fragen in den Bereichen Teilhabe und Prävention in Gang gesetzt und gehalten werden. Diese wurden in einzelnen Beiträgen behandelt, als PDF ins Internet gestellt und zusätzlich kostenlos per E-Mail an Interessenten verschickt. Jeder Leser konnte eigene Beiträge einreichen und Stellungnahmen zu bestehenden Beiträgen verfassen.
Die Einzelforen sind untergliedert in Themenkomplexe aus dem Sozialgesetzbuch, namentlich:
1.Forum A - Leistungen zur Teilhabe und Prävention
2.Forum B - Schwerbehindertenrecht und betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement
3.Forum C - Gutachten und Assessment
4.Forum D - Entwicklungen und Reformvorschläge im Recht der Teilhabe und Prävention.

Discussion forum rehabilitation and participation
The discussion forum dealt with legal and factual issues from various areas of participation and prevention. Subdivided into four individual forums, the discussion forum is undergoing continuous further development.
