Das Verbundprojekt Neue BildungsSystematik-WfbM hat sich zum Ziel gesetzt eine standardisierte Bildungssystematik mit dem Kernelement der „Qualifizierungseinheit“ in den beteiligten Werkstätten für behinderte Menschen zu installieren. Nach Beendigung des Projektes sind die Ergebnisse frei erwerbbar.
Dazu erarbeiten über 100 Fachkräfte aus den Arbeitsbereichen und Berufsbildungsbereichen der 10 beteiligten WfbM über 400 Qualifizierungseinheiten aus 10 praxisnahen Berufsfeldern der WfbM.
Durch die Verständigung auf eine verbindliche standardisierte Bildungssystematik, sowohl bei der Erarbeitung als auch bei der Umsetzung der Projektergebnisse, wollen wir bewusst die Bildungsarbeit und Bildungsangebote in den Werkstätten verlässlich, verbindlich und methodisch, didaktisch abgesichert einführen.
